Chair - 2025

A map cannot chart our sky; only guide us.

each of us has to learn to trust her own wings.

By facing our obstacles, our headwinds –

 we discover how high and far we can truly fly.

Every flight shapes us, every lesson steadies our hands,

and when one of us wavers, the others remind her why she dared to fly.

Together we learn, we lift, we lead—

bound by trust, courage, and camaraderie.

The journey and the destination both matter—

and even more so, the people besides us,

as we carry forward the courage to keep soaring together.

Fun fact: I got my own double walking this earth…an identical twin.
