This gathering is your opportunity to learn more about her remarkable legacy and spend time with fellow 99s.

Our Chapter Historian and Newsletter Editor, Dottie, who knew Fran personally, will be giving a special presentation about Fran’s life and accomplishments. Following the presentation, we will work together to carefully pack Fran’s trophies, which will be shipped to our Headquarters in Oklahoma for display.
