Next Steps Scholarship

  • The 2025 Next Steps Scholarship will be awarded to one Ninety-Nine Full Member, valued at $2,500, to be used towards Time Building or the ATP-CTP course. 

    Please review the Application Instructions before applying. 

    Applications are due June 15, 2025, at 2359 Pacific Time.

  • To be eligible for the Broadening My Horizons Scholarship, the applicant must:

    • Train within 99 miles of San Diego International Airport (KSAN)

    • Be a 99s Student Pilot Member or Full Member for at least 3 months prior to the submission deadline

    • Have a current and valid medical certificate

    • Hold at least a private pilot certificate

    • Have a minimum of five hours flown in the 6 months prior to the application deadline

    • Complete their Time Building or ATP-CTP course within the United States

    • Demonstrate a need for financial assistance
