The 2025 Next Steps Scholarship will be awarded to one Ninety-Nine Full Member, valued at $2,500, to be used towards Time Building or the ATP-CTP course.

To be eligible for the Broadening My Horizons Scholarship, the applicant must:
- Train within 99 miles of San Diego International Airport (KSAN)
- Be a 99s Student Pilot Member or Full Member for at least 3 months prior to the submission deadline
- Have a current and valid medical certificate
- Hold at least a private pilot certificate
- Have a minimum of five hours flown in the 6 months prior to the application deadline
- Complete their Time Building or ATP-CTP course within the United States
- Demonstrate a need for financial assistance
