What Your Sponsorship Supports

A contribution can help cover conference registration, hotel accommodations, travel expenses, or a portion of overall attendance costs. Every dollar directly supports a member who would otherwise struggle to attend. Whether you choose to fully sponsor one or multiple attendees, your support creates access, confidence, and opportunity.

Why It Matters

The International Conference brings together 200 to 300 women pilots from around the world. It is where mentorship happens organically. It is where careers pivot. How It Works

Contributions can be made in any amount. Sponsors may choose to remain anonymous or be acknowledged on our website.

Members who wish to be considered for support will complete a brief application under the “Help Me Attend” section below. Awards will be distributed based on demonstrated need and commitment to engagement within the organization.

Transparency matters. A summary of funds raised and awarded will be shared after the conference during our Chapter Business Meeting.

Support awards are dependent on funds raised through the Sponsor a Member initiative. Applications will be reviewed and recipients notified once funding is confirmed. Applications will be handled with discretion and reviewed only by the Chapter Board members overseeing the Sponsor a Member initiative.
